Q : How Do I become a Customer?
A : All you have to do is contact our customer service and we will take your application over the phone.  You can also apply here online, but we suggest calling us so we can easily get you started.
 
Q : What is your loan application process?
A : Our loan application process consists of a few easy steps.  #1, call us! We'll complete a loan application over the phone, obtain permission to review your credit file, collect our very low fee (which will be fully refunded in the event we close escrow with you), then email, fax or snail mail (post office) you your results the same day as long as your application is received during normal business hours.
 
Q : After I receive my results, what can I expect next?
A : Once you receive your tri merge credit report and CreditXpert summary, we will consult you on the necessary actions to take in order to immediately bump up your credit scores high enough to qualify for a new loan, lower interest rates or a better loan program.  If you chose to take advantage of your CreditXpert results, it may cost you additional expenses to pay down credit cards, pay off delinquent debt or establish new credit.  It all depends your the desired results.  Once we determine what your needs are, we will work with you to collect documentation from you, your creditors, structure balance transfers and things of that nature that will immediately help you increase your credit scores.  For addiontional fees, we will rescore the reults of your credit enhancement summary, if necessary, once you have completed the assigned tasks and received all necessary documentation.  Since we work directly with all the major credit bureaus, the bureaus allow us to rescore your credit improvements in 3-5 business days instead of waiting for months to report.
